Kangaroo launches in August - still looking for a real name.
Channel 4's head of new media says Project Kangaroo will launch this August.
The Video on Demand venture from Channel 4, ITV and BBC Worldwide will kick off on the web and migrate to TV later.
Interesting that as yet they are still using the project name for the the application that see archive content from all the broadcasters brought together.
Registration will allow the company to targeted display, pre-roll and centre break ads by area, age and demographic.
