Default If using BBC iPlayer
Make sure you go to settings and turn off Allow programmes to be shared when you exit Download Manager.

This saves on your upload allowance (as it is using Kontiki - Which is P2P technology)

I'll add this into the review - EVERYONE should be aware of this. And the other systems that use Kontiki (Sky Anytime, 4oD) should be offering this feature as standard.

I've been using the iPlayer and I never spotted this feature.
