Default BBC iplayer On Virgin Red Button

BBCiplayer is now available on Virgin Media's red button service, when watching a BBC channel just click the red button.

Not had a chance to try it myself yet but it should be working

The thing is though the iPlayer is one of the best inventions ever. We may not like the BBC but this is as good as Sky+ in one way, and more popular than Sky+ in another. Oh and it don't cost anything either...

Default "WE may not like the BBC"?

I like the BBC. I think the licence fee is a god thing and would defend it to the end. What I don't like is some ofthe utter twats at the BBC who make it really hard to defend. But it's a bit like the benefits system. There will always be people who abuse it, but they are a minority. Should we get rid of it? Would the country be a better place if we pulled the benefits system. I don't think so. Same with the BBC it's a huge monolith of an organisation and makes mistakes (bit like the NHS). But trust me, we are FAR better off with it.
