I thought I'd post links to downloadmonkey in a few of the relevant DS forums. It got me banned... for spamming. Now I thought spam was unwanted, off-topic and irrlevant, but this was all links to here where we are all talking about the same things.

It couldn't be they don't like competition could it? Or is it now that because they've been bought by Hachette - the publisher of Elle magazine - (who I bet REALLY want the DS Anytime and Tiscali forums) that they're worried they'll lose their techie posters and just become another showiz/gossip site?

DS are reknown for banning people for spamming links.

It's normally better to add a link to your signature, and try to answer any questions.

We too have a "I have been banned from Digital Spy" tee shirt.
